Who Are we?

Thomas Webb Care and Support Services, (TWCASS), are a small domiciliary care company who provide support for vulnerable adults in Wilshire, from their own homes and out in the community.

Our roles include; helping you with your correspondence and mail, assisting you with using the telephone, supporting you to prepare healthy, hearty meals, helping you with your cleaning, appointments schedule and your leisure.

A Little History

The company commenced in 2008 with business partners, Mark Thomas and Robert Webb who felt care businesses lacked support for those who did not need assistance with personal care. Their vision was to create a network in which vulnerable adults could enjoy and easily manage their lives without having to rely on their relatives for constant support. They both felt independence for these vulnerable adults and their families was crucial for their healthy and happy lifestyles.

Since Thomas and Webb’s retirements in March 2020, Mark Thomas’ daughters, Antonia and Rebecca Thomas (now directors of the company) have kept Thomas’ and Webb’s innovation afloat in fulfilling a caring support package for vulnerable adults.

The company currently consists of a handful of customers and their support workers, but plans to extend the business and enrol more employees and welcome more happy customers is on the horizon.
